Environmental report on opening Cintruenigo's rustic land to renewables, with an AC 19 veto

Navarra's Direccion General de Medio Ambiente has issued the strategic environmental report on the modification of Cintruenigo's municipal plan, promoted by TotalEnergies Clientes, SAU, which makes renewable generation facilities and their transformation, storage and evacuation infrastructure authorisable on medium-productivity agricultural rustic land, where until now only solar was, and on generic rustic land. The report attaches one condition: article 35 must exclude wind and solar plants injecting into the grid from the AC 19 Cintruenigo-Tudela steppe-bird Critical Area.
