Environmental report on Sallent plan amendment covering solar parks on rural land

The Department of Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition has issued the strategic environmental report on amendment 15 to Sallent's municipal planning plan, covering the siting of photovoltaic parks on non-developable land (file OTAACC20250022). A planning amendment of this kind sets where, and on what conditions, a solar plant can be built in the municipality, and so reaches both projects already in the pipeline and those yet to be filed in Sallent.
