Strategic environmental report issued for the Belvis solar plant scheme, north of Madrid

The Madrid regional government has published the strategic environmental report on the Special Infrastructure Plan for the Belvis solar plant and its evacuation infrastructure, promoted by Generación Fotovoltaica El Arquillo. The plan covers the municipalities of Paracuellos de Jarama, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Cobeña. The strategic environmental report is the step that lets the special plan continue through planning, so it marks progress on the land-use consent the plant needs.
