Rey Juan Carlos University awards a 730 kW solar self-consumption project in Móstoles

Rey Juan Carlos University has awarded Ecotelia Servicios Energéticos the works for a 730 kW solar self-consumption installation at its Móstoles campus, for 1,066,694 euros and a ten-month execution period. Generation is spread over roofs and car-park canopies, with no export to the grid. The university plans 2.6 MW of solar across the campuses it runs, according to pv magazine España, so this contract is the first of a larger public portfolio.
