Public utility granted to the Clarita solar plant, in La Puebla de Alfindén and Zaragoza

Aragón's Department of Economy, Competitiveness and Employment has recognised the public utility of the Clarita solar plant, in the municipalities of La Puebla de Alfindén and Zaragoza, promoted by Valdenforne Solar (files G-Z-2021-067 and DUP-Z-2023-0061). A public-utility recognition enables compulsory purchase and the imposition of easements over the affected property and rights, so the expected next step in the file is the occupation procedure.
