Prior authorisation resolved for the Bess Astillero battery plant, in Cantabria

Cantabria's directorate-general for industry, energy and mining has published the resolution on the prior administrative authorisation of the battery energy storage installation named Bess Astillero. Prior authorisation is the permit that recognises a project's viability and opens the way to the construction authorisation.
