No ordinary environmental assessment for the 25.92 MW El Coscojar II solar hybridisation module

Aragón's environmental agency (INAGA) has decided not to submit the 25.92 MW El Coscojar II solar hybridisation module, in the municipalities of Plasencia de Jalón and Pedrola (Zaragoza), promoted by Eólicas El Coscojar, to a full environmental impact assessment, and has issued its screening report (file INAGA 500306/01M/2025/00690). The resolution is dated 26 August and was published in the BOA on 14 September. It is one of four hybridisation projects in the province of Zaragoza that the BOA of 14 September keeps out of the ordinary procedure.
