No full EIA required for the «El Muelle» solar-plus-storage hybridisation in Muel (Zaragoza)

The Aragonese Institute for Environmental Management has decided not to submit the «El Muelle» solar-plus-storage hybridisation project in the municipality of Muel (Zaragoza), promoted by Planta Solar OPDE, SL, to a full environmental impact assessment, and has issued its environmental impact report (file INAGA 500306/01M/2025/00371). Avoiding the ordinary assessment spares the project the longest environmental step in Aragón's permitting route.
