No full EIA required for the «Peñaza hibridación» storage plant in Zaragoza

The Aragonese Institute for Environmental Management has decided not to submit the «Peñaza hibridación» storage plant and its evacuation infrastructure, in the municipality of Zaragoza, promoted by Planta Solar OPDE 11, SL, to a full environmental impact assessment, and has issued its environmental impact report (file INAGA 500306/01M/2025/00724). The storage project therefore advances on the simplified route, with its evacuation infrastructure covered by the same file.
