Third public consultation on the repowering of the «La Bandera» wind farm (Navarre)

The Government of Navarre has opened a third public consultation on the repowering of the «La Bandera» wind farm and its transformation and evacuation infrastructure, in Fustiñana, Cabanillas and Bardenas Reales, promoted by Eólica La Bandera, SLU (file 1058-5-CE). The step is repeated because the developer filed new documentation after the notices of February and October 2024, and it covers the project, the environmental impact study and the schedule of affected property and rights, ahead of prior and construction authorisation, the public-utility declaration and full environmental assessment. Submissions are open for 30 working days from the day after publication.
