Public-interest status granted to the Gargallo I solar plant, in Andorra (Teruel)

Aragon's Department of Economy, Competitiveness and Employment has declared the Gargallo I solar plant and its evacuation infrastructure to be of public interest, in the municipality of Andorra (Teruel), developed by Energías Renovables de Palene (Orden ECE/1466/2026). A declaration of public interest is the step that enables occupation of the land affected by the plant and its line, so the file moves into its expropriation phase.
